I'm genuinely so proud of this one. Left no stone unturned. When you coach yourself, you have to show up consistently and not let doubt derail you — take the data, trust the work, and keep building.

Heavier, more conditioned, and more balanced than last year. That's everything I set out to do. I didn't get my highest placing, but I walked away the happiest I've ever been on stage — and that's the real growth.

And i did no natural diuretic or any peak week protocol
I just made sure that I pulled every bit of body fat off that I could and then cruised in with my normal calorie protocol. No pulling carbs, no pulling anything And that's another reason why I'm so extremely proud of this look

Only thing I'd change? More tan coats next time. Easy adjustment 📝✅

Better than I was yesterday. Accomplished...✅🙏🏻

Here I’m working with @lee_desoiza on his way to smashing the @pca_official Masters Classic Bodybuilding class.

We did check ins online to keep tabs on how to keep the progress moving forward so we would have to revisit work we had done previous and Lee put in the work to really show the best of his physique and hard work.

Posing improvements can be a gradual thing that takes time to really nail into your habits.

By consistent work with posing you can make those adjustments normal and do them everytime.

Massive well done to Lee and @alexlordcoaching for bringing a great look and smashing it on the stage and I’m glad I could assist in bringing Lee’s amazing stage performance.

HOT MAGENTA 🔥💗

Made to stand out under the stage lights.

@GuyCHarding bringing the colour to the stage in our Hot Magenta posing trunks 💪

Bold. Bright. Definitely not blending in.

Would you wear Hot Magenta on stage? 👇

Still learning. Still refining….

Building the routine…
60 seconds in stage looks short, until every moment, transition and poses has to hit the music perfectly.

I’m learning it piece by piece, first the movements, then the timing, then the details and finally everything becomes automatic.

The physique is one part of the package, now it’s time to learn how to PRESENT it.
