7 weeks post ACL, ALL & Meniscus repair 🩻

Lots of work done and lots more to do, but after re tearing my ACL in December, having a two stage surgery to repair my knee and countless hours of physio there is finally a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel.

Hopefully I will be back on my bike in early 2027, which will be a big rebuilding year especially after the last few years of injuries 🫡

Thank you to my family and friends for helping at every step of the way, not just with my rehab but keeping me busy as well ❤️#acl #aclsurgery #aclrecovery
