Yoga in the Park 2026 ☔️

Despite the weather, the Seattle crew stuck it out for one of the most unique yoga flows I’ve done yet. I won’t lie, when it started to pour I wondered if we’d call it, but everyone’s amazing energy kept me going and I cannot thank you enough.

To all my incredible supporters, thank you for giving me strength through the tough moments. I love you

Thank you to Yerbana for having us, and to the Praxis fam, y’all are the real ones 🤍🙏🏼

My 200th class 🎉 and Jessie's last class at Praxis 😭
As someone who hates working out, dislikes heat, and loathes cardio, I have to say I'm surprised I've gotten this far and stuck with it. That said, it's easier when part of a supportive and fun community like Praxis, and it helps to have great instructors like Jessie. I'm sad she's leaving us, as she's been so instrumental in my fitness journey for nearly 2 years, but I'm grateful for the experience I've had with her pushing me in every HIIT class and introducing me to DnB

Just a glimpse into what I've been up to after taking a little time off IG. Fitness, friends, wigs, tech, Legos, unions, reunions, and... What IS that?

Yoga in the Park hit a whole new level! And of course, it was @justine_bessette who delivered a flow so grounded and powerful, it felt like the entire city paused with us. 🧘‍♀️💫 Energy was high, vibes were immaculate, and Seattle showed out in record numbers!

Huge love to @yerbana and @jamesjtan for building this event for the community 🙏
This wasn’t just a class—this was a movement.

Blessed. Speechless. Still buzzing. 🫶

Giant showout to @allen.x14 for capturing this unreal experience behind the lens 🎥🔥
