Life update: I mentioned before that I was coming back to the US after graduating to work and train… but so much has flipped upside. So, I am now back in school doing my Masters and doing my fifth year of track and field !!! (Something I never thought I would be doing lol)

I can plan as much as I think possible but it’s always His plan above mine. I am learning to trust and let go and let God lead the way.

I don’t know what lies ahead in many different aspects of my life right now… But I just keep living one day at a time and I am grateful for all the beautiful blessings everyday brings.

Trusting in Him, just one foot in front of the other 🤍🕯️

Tryouts will be held at Wildcat Stadium, Destrehan La 3/16-3/18. This will be a 3 day tryout. Please come prepared with proper running/athletic attire. If you or if you know a child btw 7-18 yrs of age, that has what it takes to become a SC Strider, send them our way!

*** Must be accompanied by a parent. (No drop offs)
*** Parent(s) must sign waiver for child to
participate.
***Arrive 15-20mins early, if your child hasn’t registered.
***Parent/Child is responsible for water, Gatorade, etc.

It’s everything about this moment. Obsessed with the fact that one of my favorite athletes of all time has chosen to go back and get her teaching certification AND that we work together while she works on that certification AND the fact that I show up to work with a “what like it’s hard?” Elle Woods sweatshirt the day she shows up with an Harvard sweatshirt…she really goes here, and I’ve never been happier…

Now…let me go clean this house…

If you don’t accidentally match with your co-workers once a year for no reason, throw the whole school away💜💛
