It’s crazy what happens when you finally remove the things that don’t feel right.

At first, your mind fights it.
Your body fights it.
You question yourself.
You miss what was familiar, even when it wasn’t serving you.

But then something shifts.

The stress you thought was normal disappears.
The weight you didn’t realise you were carrying lifts.
Your energy comes back.
Your focus comes back.
You come back.

Sometimes growth isn’t about adding more.
It’s about having the courage to let go of what’s no longer aligned.

The hardest decisions often create the most freedom.

Trust your gut. Your body knows before your mind catches up. 🔥💯
