45. The night all my favorite people from all parts of my life were in the same place. Thanks to all my friends who came out to celebrate. It means more than you’ll ever know. Cheers.

I wanted to get a sub 30 minute 5K, and I got a sub 30 minute 5K. The first mile was tough with a daunting hill that turned into a steeper hill, but it was a good run and I definitely pushed myself at the end. #diplosrunclubla #5krace #losangelesrunning #larunning

Just having fun with it 🦅 go to the 3rd slide to see me get smashed in the head with a bottle 😰😂

Thank you @aikodimayuga for the opportunity and to all the others that were on this project. Super grateful and this was sick!

THANK YOU to everyone who participated in last month’s We Love A Theme BINGO challenge 🥳🎉 You all showed up and made it one for the books!

A huge shoutout to all of our coaches for going the extra mile to transport us to different eras, celebrate culture, show us a scary good time, and even get us to do burpees in our PJs 🙌 We can’t thank you enough for putting in the work to bring each of your themes to life!

🏆 Prizes to be announced soon. Stay tuned!

If Fridays class was a Barbie day… then Sunday morning will be known to prevail history as an impromptu Oppenheimer day. Two classes with no electricity… blisteringly hot temperatures of a room with no AC, thunderous booms of punches filling a deadly silent room with no music, and a tenacious group of awesome people who put their heads down and made it work. Thank you all for a fun weekend!
