Run for Precious Hearts 💜

What an incredible day. I’m so grateful for everyone who showed up, supported, and helped make this first year something really special.

We had over 200 sign ups and raised $10k+, all of which will be donated to pulmonary hypertension clinics here in Utah to support local patients and ongoing research.

This event means a lot to me, and seeing the community come together like this to raise awareness for PAH and honor Carli was something I’ll never forget.

Huge thank you to our sponsors Crapo Farms and Murdock Auto Team, and our partners Built, Creamies, and Fire Salt for helping make this possible.

This was just the beginning — we’ll be back next year.

Every breath counts. 💜

Life lately.

2025 changed my life forever. It was the hardest year of my life. It has changed who I am, how I see the world, and how I move through it. This year broke me in ways I never could have imagined. Through all the pain, grief, and heartbreak, I am grateful for what I have learned about myself. I learned that I’m stronger than I thought. That my heart can carry both grief and gratitude. That I can build a life around grief and loss.

I’ve learned how deeply I need and rely on my Savior, Jesus Christ. He has carried me through the darkest days, and He continues to be my anchor, my peace, and helps me to keep going.

Starting over feels overwhelming. I know the road ahead won’t be easy, but I’m walking into 2026 with hope. I hope 2026 is full of healing. I hope to grow into a life that feels meaningful and full again. I trust that God still has a beautiful plan for my life, even when it looks different than what I imagined.

I don’t know what 2026 will bring but I know it’s in the Lord’s hands.
