About a year ago, @neilhumphrey.media gifted us our very own theme song! So what were @richardhumphrey and the Rollerdance Academy to do? Naturally, we created our very own theme dance! 🛼🔥

Today, a year later, we revisited it, and here it is, complete with some behind-the-scenes snippets to give y’all the FULL RDA experience!

’Cause listen… ISSA VIBE! FACTS! 💃🏽🛼🔥

Wanna Jam Tonight? The Rollerdance Academy did just that with @richardhumphrey and his iconic Humpty’s Dance. Dig it.

“There’s a new dance in town,
Now who could be sitting down?
You’ve got to move in time,
The time must go on,
Clap your hands, pat your feet,
Now you have got the beat,
It’s not too hard to keep,
Once you start to jam...”

Yet another example of what it looks like to be on the same page. When you speak the same Rollerdance language and have a solid foundation to build from, anything is possible. Give this a go!

“You ‘bout to witness rollerdancing in its most purest
Most rawest form, flow almost flawless
Most hardest, most honest known artist
Chip off the old block, the Rollerdanceman is (Back)...

Cause we ain’t fuckin’ around ‘round here
Yo, Maestro (What up?) Can we get a hell yeah? (Hell yeah!)”

Grateful for an afternoon with friends, dolphins swimming by, and a sunset that reminded us how beautiful simple moments can be. 🌅🐬 #skatelife #friends #dolphins #sunsets

Some people roll into your life… and become family.

Ale and Jamie are truly two of the most loving, joyful, and genuine humans I’ve ever had the honor to call family. Watching their love grow — not just with each other, but within this tribe of roller skaters — has been something special to witness. Their energy, their smiles, their consistency, their support… they’ve left fingerprints on all of us.

Now, due to a work relocation, they’re being called to a new chapter in the Bay. While we’re going to miss them deeply, we’re choosing to celebrate the impact they’ve made here — the laughs, the sessions, the sunsets, the memories.

Let’s send them off the right way… with that real Oside love.

If you’re available, please come out and show your love and support as they step into their new beginnings in the Bay. Let’s surround them the same way they’ve always surrounded us — with joy, community, and heart.
