“I haven’t hit rock bottom, why would I need a mindset coach?”

How do you know it is time to change your life? How do you know it is time to LEVEL THE F UP IN LIFE & stop talking yourself out of the life you desire?

😬Contrary to what a lot of you may believe...a lot of the women I work with don’t actually hit rock bottom before they decide to LEVEL UP and join NSS. I didn’t have to hit rock bottom, either, when I decided to change my life. I started noticing that the small daydreams/self-talk of “is this as good as it gets” just got louder & louder.

These 💭 of a different life + a desire to rewrite my story started as a whisper and eventually it got so loud that the perfectionist Courtney started finding it harder & harder to be the INSANE GO-GETTER on a day-to-day basis.

Finding it harder to focus at work?
Find yourself getting burnt out?
Find yourself hitting the snooze button more and rushing to the office looking like a 😜 person?
Scrolling on IG more than actually applying for a program?

It’s time for a change when you find yourself engaging in ANY kind of self talk along the lines of “Is this as good as it gets?”

The women behind the 🚪 of NSS are:
1. High-achievers
2. Creative AF
3. Fun & Spontaneous but struggle to take action because they feel like they SHOULD be happy.
4. Personable & Great Communicators (to name a few)

But US/WE, the women of NSS are ALSO….. searching for more. Period.

So rock bottom is not a pre-requisite for change.

Are you going to go out with a bang in 2020?

I think we both know you’re ready. It’s time. Small steps lead to big changes.
