Payroll week hits different when you’re the one signing the checks. 😮‍💨 Y’all see the boss lady glow — you don’t see me eating cereal for dinner so my team can eat steak. 🥣➡️🥩 A REAL employer makes a way outta no way. We rob Peter, pay Paul, then take Paul to lunch and put it on the business card. 💳😂 Tough economy? Baby, I’ve been broke AND blessed — and I’d do it all over again for my people. That’s leadership. That’s love. That’s the job. 🤝
If you’re an entrepreneur reading this at 11:59pm refreshing your bank app — I see you. Keep going. 💪🏾

Aliah Sheffield finds beauty in the in-between. Combining her moving vocals and introspective nature, the singer-songwriter and instrumentalist molds minimalist soul and R&B to create a welcoming space surrounding her ruminations on love, life, and speaking truth to the world. The title of her debut EP for Def Jam Recordings, These Songs Are For Anyone Sick of Earth, is enough to give pause. On closer inspection, its eight songs center the multitudes of feelings Sheffield has experienced over the last few years: betrayal, sadness, and tiredness, yet still holding onto hope.

🤦🏻‍♂️ But I still have hope, ESPECIALLY because now we know that at least one other civilization (the one that created these 🛸 that we have peer-reviewed scientific proof of, are *not of human origin*) made it past this dangerous stage of development (where our technology for destruction surpasses our species’ maturity to not actually destroy our home planet 🌎).
-
I really hope they didn’t come all this way just to watch the 🌎 🔥 ☠️

You don’t need to wait for President PDF file to declassify the UFO / UAP / Alien files, because there’s already overwhelming evidence in the public domain, including evidence already declassified by the US military, that vehicles so technologically advanced that that they are centuries to millennia ahead of the epitome of human technology, flying around our atmosphere, oceans and orbiting our planet.
-
Can’t wait to start discussing the aliens (I’m going to call them aliens, although we do *not* definitively know if they are extraterrestrial, extra-dimensional or extra-temporal (from a different time). We just know there’s no way they’re from this planet, this dimension, this time.

Thanks to aliahsheffield for the beautifully accurate song, 🎶 🎯

Do you got to concerts and who are your favorite artists to watch?

Altering life’s algorithm is a must every now and then. One of the ways I tailor mine, is concerts. I had the pleasure of seeing @mereba @tobenwigwe and Aliah Sheffield and they were all phenomenal in their own right.
