Recently I had the opportunity to be interviewed for a young ladies Film School project with a focus on my Personal Training background. I love sharing my views of training and promoting a healthy active lifestyle and how training plays a role in pretty much everything I do. I feel it should be a point of focus for everyone, I’ve learned a lot of life skills / lessons through training and continue to learn about myself. It’s never to late to start a sit doesn’t have to be anything crazy for you to start and change your mind set, and once you lock in your set! Shout out to @aliajackman for the future. Sidenote - she got an A on her project 🤣 Always a huge shout out and thank you to the family over at @progressivehealthandfitness for the gym space!you wanna get some WeRK in in the West, that where we at! Hopefully this triggers somebody to take those first steps to A healthy and active lifestyle 🙂 Lets Get This WeRK! #GETMAD #GETMADFiT #MrGETMAD #Fitness #FitFam #Motivation #Drive #Determination #Challenge #Consistency #Coach #Trainer #Healthy #Active #Lifestyle #WeRK #Fitness #FitFam #fitspo #Motivation #Drive #Determination #Challenge #Consistency #Coach #Trainer #Healthy #Active #Lifestyle #WeRK #fitinspiration #torontofitnesshype #beardgang #menshealth #blackmenshealth #ebonyfitness #ebonyfitfreaks
