It wasn’t that long ago that God found me in my brokenness and led me closer to Him. I surrendered my old self, life, even friendships because He asked me to. It was lonely, it was hard, I cried a lot about losing friends and wanting to meet other women who love Jesus the way I do. During that, I leaned on the Lord and trusted His plans for me. I dug deep into seeking Him and that process was not easy. I lost relationships and had to let go of things not serving me anymore. With that, I was praying for Godly friendships so I also had to take action, I joined a small group at my church that led me to then leading a small group as well. The women of God and sisters in Christ God has been putting in my life makes me truly grateful and emotional. I know God isolated me to bring me not only closer to Him, but to lead me towards people who pray for me, support my walk, and love me the way God tells us to love others.
