Was scrolling through my old content and found one of our OG masterpieces 🔥
This video is from 2023 and I felt like reposting it.

Pressing heavy and your shoulders still look narrow? 👀

The overhead press is a great lift. It builds strength and size.
But it mostly hits your FRONT delts.
Width comes from your SIDE delts.

They run down the outside of your shoulder, so they work hardest when you lift your arm out to the side, away from your body.

Keep pressing. Just stop expecting it to cap your shoulders.
Add lateral raises 2–3 times a week.
Cables or dumbbells. 3–4 sets of 12–20 reps. Control the way down.

Comment GROWTH and I’ll send you my muscle building guide 💪

2017 → 2026. Nine years of us. ❤️

From meeting at a music festival to travelling the world together.

From living in London and opening our own studio, to losing everything and having to start again from scratch.

From London to Thailand, and now Bali.

From dreaming and just imagining about the life we wanted to one day living the life we promised ourselves we would create.

Nine years filled with some of our lowest lows, but also more incredible highs than we could have ever imagined.

Life really is a rollercoaster but none of it would have been worth it if I hadn’t lived every part of it with you.

Happy anniversary, my love. Here’s to everything we’ve built, everything we’ve survived and everything still waiting for us.

I love you❤️

Not just work… sometimes progress also means slowing down, taking a moment to breathe, and allowing yourself to relax.

And it’s even better when I get to do it with you ❤️

We’ve been through lows.
Real lows.

And we’ve been through highs that once felt impossible.

One thing I’ve learned:
life becomes lighter when the person next to you isn’t blocking your path… but walking it with you.

Supporting you.
Challenging you.
Celebrating you.

Same energy.
Same vibration.
Same direction.

That’s powerful.

And when you say, “let me talk to my partner first”…
make sure it’s someone who supports your dreams — not someone who kills them.🫶🏽

Big respect for @larrywheels even if I laughed when I saw it, not many people would put themselves in such spot & get such reality check.

That just shows that strength alone is definitely not enough to be athletic & do something like a sprint. Imagine to catch a bus, run behind someone steeling your phone..

Well I bet you get me 🫠
