We recently revisited a unique shape that we had created a couple of years ago for a beautiful mother blessing sign. Just recently, we were inspired by the same shape for “Brad’s 40th” private party at Strato Bar to create a centrepiece for a lollipop stand that would be utilised by an aerial performer during the event. Instead of simply covering the stand, we integrated the signage into it to showcase what was in store. The original inspiration for this sign is on the second slide. We love thinking creatively to come up with new ways to welcome our guests. After all, first impressions make all the difference.

@aliceacton - Next TUE 26th of MAR is the day we first met 7 years ago. A few more get togethers and parties along with some coffee’s and we became best friends ❤️. 💫From Day One full circle moment 💫 From having the beautiful Eleni and her bump feature in our first photo shoot to having baby Hazel earth side joining us each week for our Mother’s Group. Eleni’s advice to those who are pregnant and are heading into postpartum? “I organised a postpartum Doula. I made a breastfeeding plan and linked in with an IBCLC. I also organised a cleaner to come fortnightly for the first few months.” As mum to two year old twin girls and 3 month old Hazel, finding time for herself looks like: “A solo walk to my local cafe, sitting outside, listening to a podcast while enjoying an iced latte.” And Eleni’s most valuable advice for twin mums? Try to connect with other parents of multiples in your local area. And ask for help. I feel so lucky to be working with the beautiful ladies at @from__day__one. From Day One is a space for mums navigating pregnancy and postpartum, focusing on building community. I had full goosebumps when I first heard about the space they have created and I think it’s just so so needed. Their first space is now open in Prahran and I will be hosting some Masterclasses which anyone can book in to watch. I will be talking all things identity and curating your mum uniform. You will also find me in some of the mothers group sessions for the members 💖 This space is so relaxing and I have never known of a place you can come and relax with your baby without feeling as though you have to leave for nap / nappy change / when your baby is unsettled. There are bassinet, change tables, breastfeeding chairs and a feeding room. Also the coolest couch I have ever seen. Here are some photos from the shoot I styled with them a few months ago. My first Masterclass is on the 8th of March (international woman’s day woohoo) at 10:30💖 I am hoping you will leave knowing how to curate your own mum uniform.
