Meet the women behind the experiences ✨

Say hi to @mrs.bekahmorris of @alignandshinepilates ! She’s leading our morning mat Pilates experience at Camp Off Duty.

Rebekah is Balanced Body certified and is bringing a 45-minute class that’s all about easing into the day and taking a little time just for you. No experience needed, and no pressure to be up at sunrise. Camp is about choosing your own weekend. Join her on the mat, sleep in, or grab a coffee first. It’s all yours✨

And the best part? Class is followed by a Bloody Mary bar 🍅 A little movement, a little mingling. Morning Pilates, Camp Off Duty style.

A few fun facts about Rebekah:
🤍 Her aesthetic is clean and minimal (black, white, and ivory, always)
🎧 Her hype songs are “No Hands” by Waka Flocka and “No Scrubs” by TLC
🍷 She can’t wait to enjoy camp too, especially the wine tasting!

We love getting to celebrate the women helping bring this weekend to life, and we can’t wait for you to meet them in person.

LESS SETUP. MORE FLOW. BETTER TOWER CLASSES!

I’ve been teaching Tower and Wall Unit classes for over 20 years (before group Pilates was a trend) and I love seeing more studios embracing the versatility of this amazing equipment!

But here’s the thing… teaching a great Tower class isn’t just about knowing the exercises. It’s about creating seamless transitions, intelligent programming, and getting the most out of each setup without constantly stopping to change springs and equipment.

That’s exactly why I created my PilatesNext Tower Sculpt Teacher Training!

I want to take the guesswork out of programming and show you how to create creative, purposeful sequences that flow effortlessly from one exercise to the next.

And, of course, staying true to my teaching philosophy:

80% classical Pilates with a 20% contemporary twist!

NOVEMBER 22 | TOWER SCULPT PART 1 & 2

Join me virtually or in person at PilatesNext in South Pasadena, Los Angeles.

* Part 1 & 2 offered together
* Already completed Part 1? Join us for Part 2 only!
* Manuel and videos given
*Certificate of completion
* 5 CEC’s NCPT
* Only 14 in-person spaces available
* 50% of in-person spots already gone!

After 30+ years of teaching, one thing I know for sure is that great programming isn’t about how many exercises you know. It’s about how you connect them, transition between them, and deliver a class that feels purposeful, creative, and enjoyable for your clients.

Ready to take the guesswork out of teaching Tower classes?

DM me TOWER and we’ll send you the registration link!

So… what exactly is Camp Off Duty? 💗

It’s three days and two nights where somebody else has already planned the fun, handled the meals, lined up the activities, and built you a weekend where you can finally just show up.

Play Mahjong. Jump into Color Wars. Take Pilates or yoga. Hit the pickleball court. Wander into Craft Cabin. Float in the pool. Grab a specialty coffee. Sip a cocktail. Try something you’ve never done before.

Or don’t.

Sit on the porch. Take a nap. Skip an activity. Go to bed early. Stay up way too late laughing with women you met six hours ago.

Everything is planned. Nothing is required.

And when the sun goes down? Pull on your cowgirl boots, head to line dancing, gather around the campfire, and then keep going into Camp After Dark. 🤠✨

Want even more? Add on a massage, contrast therapy, cooking class, or wine tasting.

This isn’t a hotel girls’ weekend where you sit around wondering what everyone wants to do.

This is summer camp for grown women with real beds, indoor bathrooms, good food, actual activities, and the freedom to do as much or as little as you want.

Come solo. Come with your best friend. Come with your mom. Come knowing nobody.

Just come ready to be Off Duty.

And some incredible women are helping bring the weekend to life:

Do it all. Do a little. You choose. You’re Off Duty.

Founders Pricing ends October 31.
If Camp has been sitting in the back of your mind, this is your sign to stop thinking about it and put your name on a bed.

Who’s guilty of forgetting about the beautiful CLEOPATRA and always going straight to Mermaid? 🙋‍♀️

I know I am!

But just look at Cleopatra 😍 Such a fantastic stretch through the lateral line, hips and lower back—and a beautiful movement we should definitely bring back into our Reformer repertoire.

So I’m jolting your Pilates memory today! ✨

Tell me below 👇
Do you use Cleopatra regularly, or are you like me and always seem to reach for Mermaid?

And if you’re ready to deepen your Reformer knowledge, I’m starting Balanced Body Reformer 1 Teacher Training next weekend, September 25–26, at @pilatesnext in South Pasadena/Los Angeles.

✨ Join me in person or virtually
