SUMMER FRESH ❤️🌱
#NUTROFRESH 📲

📷 @thecoachaxel
💬 A SUMMER physique that’s sustainable consists of workouts, planning your nutrition & mastering your mind:

💪🏼 Workouts: Stick to a plan with progressive overload. If you are not challenged it will not work.

👨🏻‍🍳 Nutrition: Find a solution that you can do long term. Cook at home, get a meal plan service, track your macros.

🧠 Mindset: Meditation, Resting, Sleeping 7 hours+, Sound Healings, Releasing Stress, Acknowledging your Emotions and deal with them.

🏆 Success will come to you this summer when you are consistent. It’s all about sticking to it when times gets tough.

We are so grateful and excited to announce in partnership with @hvyindustry , we will now be offering weekly sound baths. 💫🤩

Starting on Monday evening, you will be able to join us in-person for an immersive healing experience. Follow @cloud9soundhealing for schedules, updates and exciting content.

Sound healing is a holistic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and support emotional and physical well-being. We utilize various types of sound including 528Hz, crystal singing bowls, the gong, tuning forks, tongue drum and singing to create therapeutic effects. Here's how sound baths work:

1. Resonance: Different parts of our body resonate with specific frequencies. Sound healing aims to bring these frequencies into balance, promoting a sense of harmony and well-being.

2. Relaxation and Stress Reduction: Listening to soothing sounds can help activate the body's relaxation response, reducing stress and anxiety. The calming effects of sound can lead to a state of deep relaxation.

3. Brainwave Synchronization: Certain sound frequencies are believed to influence brainwave patterns, potentially helping to shift the mind into a more meditative or relaxed state.

4. Energetic Flow: Sound vibrations are thought to help unblock stagnant energy in the body, promoting the smooth flow of life force energy.

5. Emotional Release: Sound can evoke emotional responses and help release emotional blockages. Many people find that sound healing allows them to express and process their emotions in a supportive way.

6. Pain Management: Sound therapy has been used to complement conventional medical treatments for pain management. Sound vibrations can help reduce pain and promote healing.

Absolutely transcendent experience having my first sound bath healing session led by Megan and Axel! I didn’t know what to expect, but I simply let go and allowed the tones of the singing bowls resonate with my chakras. They started with the root, sacrum and solar plexus, giving me feelings of deep comfort and peace, and I experienced what I’d even describe as a “spiritgasm” it was the most surprising and strange yet wonderful thing. They then made their way up to through the heart, throat, and when they hit the third eye and crown chakras, I felt what was initially an eerie feeling that I realized was really resonances of the strange, mysterious and unknown… sitting with these and staying connected to breath center helped me observe these feelings from a place of comfort and acceptance. I came out of this journey feeling new and refreshed, and was newly energized to give them some amazing Tarot readings after! 🌞🪄🪙🃏🏆🌞
