Have you ever felt completely disconnected from your own body?

Running on empty while pouring into everyone else, and calling it normal?

That exhaustion is exactly what I saw in my clients, and felt in my own life, before I stepped fully onto this path.

I’m a Hormonal Educator, Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, Herbalist, and Sound Healing Practitioner with nearly 30 years walking alongside women through every season of healing.

My mentor, Dr. Wanda Giles, taught me early on that true healing isn’t a luxury. It’s a necessity. That truth became the heartbeat of NurturingYourSoul.✨

This was never meant to be one woman doing it all. @alignedwithasia, who I couldn’t do this without, is building it right alongside me.🫶🏾

This is a community, not a one woman shop, and that matters to me.

We’re building a real space, women gathering together to finally exhale. Handcrafted flower essence formulas made to realign your spirit.

✨Conversations on hormonal balance. ✨Movement, seasonal wellness, holistic education, all of it coming together.

This isn’t about selling you something you don’t need. It’s about remembering what it feels like to actually care for yourself, alongside women who understand.

Whether you join us in person, in our classes, or connect with us online, your seat at the table is waiting.

Come breathe, heal, and grow with us.💫

This is morning was calm, connected, and full of life — no chaos, no caffeine, just frequency 🍄

@alignedwithasia is sharing early with her boys what it means to care for their bodies and pour peace into their day.

We not just raising children… we raising legacy.
Because when Mama says YES to wellness, the whole house shifts 💫

I’m so glad Asia said yes — and now she and her boys feelin’ good, focused, and flowing in harmony!

Who ready to raise their frequency too?

Drop a “ME” if you want the details 💎

That’s a wrap to my Indoor Career✅ tied my PR of 2.12m (6’11.5), took 8th place, and became an All-American in the High Jump. It has been a crazy journey full of ups and downs throughout my whole indoor experience over the last 5 years but through God, family, friends, coaches, and teammates I’ve been able to accomplish so much more than I ever expected in such little time! We still got work to do but so humble and grateful to be on this journey. Countdown begins for Outdoors 🦇
