I just got home from the Glow Retreat and I honestly don’t have words…
but I’ll try anyway 🤍

Three full days of immersion.
Embodiment.
Self-image.
Self-love.
Soul-pull career and finances.
So much more.

And wow.

Something shifted in me at a level that doesn’t need explaining, it just is.

The kind of shift where doubt dissolves.
Where distrust softens.
Where old trauma finally loosens its grip.
Where it all is released.

I didn’t become someone new this weekend.
I came home to the next level of who I already am.

And damn… it feels good!

Being in a room with people I’ve known online for nearly a year, and hugging them like long-lost friends, reminded me how real this work is. How human. How sacred connection still is in a world that moves so fast.

And then meeting new souls who instantly felt familiar… the kind of friendships that don’t need time, just connection.

I’m deeply grateful to my mentors @alexandraninfo @giannalandonline @emmaatkinss_ for holding a container that felt safe, expansive, honest, and powerful.

Grateful to every woman who showed up willing, open, and brave.
Grateful for the mirrors, the laughter, the tears, the screams, the reminders.

This weekend stripped away what no longer belonged to me,
and anchored me into my highest potential with clarity and confidence.

If you’ve been feeling the pull toward more, more alignment, more trust, more ease, more you, listen to it.

Sometimes the glow isn’t something you chase.
It’s something you remember.

Remembering you are 1 and 8 BILLION SPECIAL!!

Thank you to every soul who made this weekend what it was.
I’ll carry it with me, forward forever

The @rosegoldgoddesses retreat collective aura portrait done by @youraurabyali is absolutely gorgeous 😍 I FEEL these colors and symbolisms so much. Being in the presence of all these women healing the sister wound, coming together and going on a shamanic journey with Shaman Axel @antojai ai to breathe life into our manifestations , diving deep into our intuition with @nikkinovo, getting special instruction from Liliana of @wildlilyorganics on a self love facial ritual, going on a vocal activation journey with @moniquebenabou and soooo much more juciness was ABSOLUTELY DIVINE. I will cherish this experience for the rest of my life and all those who made it possible by saying yes.

Oh my Goddess this weekend was beyond incredible 🤩✨✨ I met so many sister Goddesses and know they’ll be lifelong friends. Small talk was nonexistent and we went straight to the deep convos that you don’t normally get to until years into friendship. We held space for each other, nourished each other, embraced one another’s individuality without judgement but instead with love.

We attended powerful workshops where we manifested with @antojai, we practiced self love with @wildlilyorganics, we tapped into our intuition and past lives with @nikkinovo, we got clear on our purpose and we remembered through song with @moniquebenabou.

We healed through powerful vibrations of sound with @lightcodes. We danced and twerked with @iamsahararose as our DJ and twerk queen. We sang, we laughed, we cried and we healed our sister wounds.

The more retreats I attend like this, the more I realize there’s always the ability to go deeper, to peel back more layers. This in turn gives me more clarity on myself, my purpose and more freedom to fully step into the life I’m here to create.

Learning how to step out of my comfort zone was the best type of self-love that I could have ever given myself.

Attending the @rosegoldgoddesses Retreat in Miami was the first time in my life that I actually "solo-traveled" where I didn't travel with anyone and I wasn't staying with anyone. I actually experienced my first hostel!

Because of this trip I was able to connect with beautiful, supportive, empowering women. There was not a single moment that I felt out of place or unimportant. It truly felt like a Soul Tribe which is something that I have never felt before and I will carry these memories and this feeling of love and connection forever with me 💗✨
