POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Life has been a lot lately….

It all seemed to start a few weeks ago when my daughter broke her arm and we were hit with a $10,000 emergency room bill.

Last week when we were traveling to see my sister for my nephews birthday, the very first night in our hotel someone committed suicide in the room behind us as we were sitting by the pool. That was some heavy energy. If your a sensitive soul like me those kinds of things linger for awhile.

We had another family member get sick and have to be in the hospital.

And then one day after being home, our main stream of income was pulled right out from underneath us with no warning at all, which also affected my sister and mother because we were a team in the business.

So yeah, it feels like life is in crisis mode right now but there is one thing I know for-sure. No matter what, I won’t let the circumstances happening around me take my ALIVENESS away!

This too shall pass…the storm must be weathered. ⛈️

Life never stops challenging us and recently I know life has been intense for so many. We have to fight to keep our ALIVENESS!

Last night that’s exactly what my sister and I did. We took a break from it all and danced, played, laughed, created and moved our bodies for three hours. I am writing this in bed this morning because my whole body is so sore! 😆

Movement is key to ALIVENESS. Everything needs to move to be released!

On our team call yesterday morning one of our teammates reminded me to embrace the qualities that helped me build my business in the first place….child like wonder, creativity, boldness and enthusiasm!

My sister @alignwithrita and I did that and so much more last night and gosh do I feel soooo much better. Not sure how long it will take me to get out of this bed though 😝🤣😆

If nothing else, I hope this video brings you some laughter and sparks you to move through your day with some ALIVE movement!

The healthiest thing we do as a family has nothing to do with what we eat.

And I say that as someone who is deeply committed to what goes into our bodies. (Organic superfoods all day everyday 🌱)

But health isn’t just food.

It’s also what we do with hard moments.

The cold.
The resistance.
The “I don’t want to” that turns into “I did it.”

Every time we jump in to that freezing cold water together, we are building something!

Not just resilience in our kids — in me too.

The nervous system doesn’t just need good food.

It needs proof that it can handle hard things.

When we jump into cold water together, we’re not just doing a health practice.

We’re creating a felt experience of:
I faced something uncomfortable and I survived.

And the more your nervous system collects those moments…the less it panics in ordinary life.

The less you spiral.
The less you snap.
The less you need to white-knuckle your way through a hard day.

Regulated bodies are built in moments like this.

Cold. Uncomfortable. Together.

What’s your family’s version of this?

Drop it below 💚

Can I be real for a second?

There was a time when I thought exhaustion was just the price of a full life. That bloating after every meal was just my body. That pushing through was strength. That feeling tired as soon as I woke up was just normal.

It wasn’t strength. It was survival mode.

And what changed everything wasn’t a diet or a detox tea or another thing to white-knuckle through. It was nourishment. Real, organic, regenerative nutrition that gave my body what it had been asking for all along.

That’s why this spring, I’m inviting people into something that intimately matters to me. A 12 week group reset using the same organic superfoods that shifted things for me in a matter of days and weeks. Gut health. Sleep. Energy. Clarity. Even a parasite cleanse done the right way!

This is for the mom running on fumes. The professional crashing every evening. The athlete whose recovery isn’t what it used to be. The dad who wants to be present but can barely keep his eyes open. This is for anyone who’s ready to stop surviving and start actually feeling alive again.

The best sort is a community comes along with it!
We start May 1st. I’m leading and info call all about it this Thursday!

If this is speaking to you, drop SPRING RESET in the comments. I’ll send you the deets!

I’m hosting a short Nourish Call this week on something I feel like no one is talking about enough…

👉 why so many of us feel off (brain fog, mood, energy, inflammation)…
even when we’re trying to do all the right things

It’s simple, grounding, and honestly kind of eye-opening.

This isn’t about adding more…it’s about filling a gap.

Would love to have you there ✨

Glyphosate is now the most widely used herbicide in history, with over 280 million pounds sprayed annually in the United States alone.

And it’s not just on farms.

Research has detected glyphosate in food, water, soil, air, and even rain, meaning most people are exposed whether they spray chemicals or not.

Science shows glyphosate can disrupt the gut microbiome, damage beneficial bacteria, and even block amino acid synthesis needed to produce key neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine.

At the same time, litigation connected to glyphosate and non-Hodgkin lymphoma now exceeds $10 billion, bringing global attention to the chemical that has become deeply embedded in our food system.

The reality is this:
Glyphosate isn’t disappearing anytime soon.
Which means we can’t rely on avoidance alone.
We must support our body’s defenses.

There is a clinically researched solution that has been shown to reduce:

• Glyphosate in the gut by 74%
• C-Reactive Protein by 75%

While helping support a healthier microbiome.

This is something my family and I use daily and will never stop using.

If you want to learn about the clinically proven glyphosate solution I trust for our family,

Comment “DETOX”

and I’ll send you the details.
