Title card:
Just don’t expect too much from the video. It’s not a documentary, and I’m not an editor—I’m more of a “plug and play,” „part learning & part doing“ kind of guy. I just make stuff based on how I feel. If you can relate: I am happy.

The talk:
This video cost me a lot.
Of course: goddamn money, carbon footprint, time, back pain, mental energy, anger, and sadness, too.

But what these 17 minutes and 26 seconds also gave me is the feeling of giving something back. I hope that after watching the video, you can feel a bit of that, too. Priceless.

I am grateful for everything it cost me and for everything it gave me.

Thank you for taking the time to watch it, and thank you for being part of the video. Everyone who feels this is a part of it.

Another huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended the premiere at the Beirut Art Center.

Special thanks to:
My man in Beirut @mike_ritchard
To @mnbrf_ and @xocasperxo for giving the official „GO!“ to use their songs.
-> Of course, I don’t own the rights to the songs, but it feels good when artists emotionally support the project. I didn’t ask the other artists—out of „fear“ of a refusal that would have meant „tearing apart“ the video.
So: „psssssst!“

I am touched and grateful for this experience, and I look forward to seeing you all again soon in Beirut.

A general message for everyone at the end:
Please take care of yourselves, your friends, your family, and others as well. This planet is so crazy—we can only get through this together.
