POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Copenhagen, we’re giving away free breathwork tickets for you and a friend 🌬️

As part of Copenhagen Health Week, @alinalouisa_ and I are hosting a 2-hour breathwork workshop on Tuesday 29 September, 7 to 9 pm, at beautiful @holm_8.

🌀 What happens in the body during extended breathwork?
🌀 What’s the science behind breath holds?
🌀 And how does the altered state during breathwork actually feel?

We’ll cover all three, first the science, then you’ll experience it for yourself.

𝗧𝗼 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿, comment and tag the friend you’d bring + follow @alicepavin and @alinalouisa_ 🤍 You can enter as many times as you like, one friend per comment. It will be four winners, who will be contacted this Friday.

A little thank you for Nina 💙

From your family, your friends, your teachers, and everyone who has been part of this journey…

Thank you for creating, inspiring, teaching, and sharing so much with all of us.

To everyone who appears in this video, and to those who couldn’t be here: your love and support have been part of this story too.

This is just a little reminder of how many lives you have touched along the way.

With love.

Blue Moments 💙

Some memories were planned.

Most weren’t.

A shared pastry after class.
Christmas dinners.
New friendships.
Familiar rituals.
Countless little moments in between.

Looking back, these are the things that made Rive Gauche feel like home.

Thank you for sharing your memories with us.

Meet Us in the Blue 💙

Music has always been a big part of the Rive Gauche experience.

We asked each of our teachers to choose one song that feels most like them right now. The result? A playlist as varied as the people who have made this community what it is.

Save your favourites, discover something new, or listen to the whole journey.

IMAGE BANK for @holm_8 ♨️🧊🌬️

O.✨
