I had two LA @techweeka16z experiences planned for @tripleeightcreative One was always meant to be physical. The other had to change. As a solo founder, I’m building, scaling, fundraising, creating partnerships, and constantly figuring out how to get this brand into the rooms where I know it belongs. Sometimes the plan lands exactly how I pictured it. Sometimes I have to rebuild it without losing the vision. So that’s what I did. Monday, October 12 The New Beauty Counter happens live in Los Angeles @fr3eeventspace along with @blacklatechweek featuring Signature Beauty, Char, founder discovery, and the Beauty Tech Exchange powered by @aline.network Featuring Founders @keshsworld.ii and @strongerstrandz Tuesday, October 13 Beyond the Counter becomes a live digital conversation with @the_officialjade , streaming with @disbeaute.beauty recorded at @_kitstudios , where we’ll talk about beauty, technology, customer experience, professional expertise, and what happens when discovery moves beyond the traditional counter. And now both days live inside one connected T8C LA Tech Week Hub. You can explore Signature Beauty, meet Char, discover the founders, connect through the Beauty Tech Exchange, meet our partners, and watch Beyond the Counter live. What started as a pivot ended up becoming a clearer demonstration of what I’m building with Triple Eight Creative. The room changed. The vision didn’t. POV: You’d give anything for ONE more night of AAD at Ascend Engage 2026. Vegas magic. Late-night conversations. Karaoke chaos. Cocktails. And an all-white finale we’re still thinking about. 🤍🔥 Different nights. Different vibes. Same incredible community. Already thinking about what comes next. 👀 #AscendAfterDark #AAD #AscendLeadership #AscendEngage #LasVegas

🐝 Who are you going to meet at Power of Her? Someone who has the answer to a challenge you’ve been working through? A future business partner? Your next referral connection? Someone who simply gets it? This year, ALINE is helping us take the guesswork out of networking by making it easier to find meaningful connections right in the room. Download the ALINE app before the event, build your profile, and come ready to connect with intention. The sessions matter. The speakers matter. But sometimes the conversation you have between them is the one you remember most. 💛 #UnlockingThePowerOfHer #PowerOfHer2026 #YourNetworkIsYourNetWorth #WomenConnectingWomen #IntentionalNetworking #ALINENetwork
