A beautiful moment from the love light and laughter retreat at 42acres.
So many deep friendships and soul connections were made or remembered during our time together.

I am going to be sharing more as I land on the other side of our epic adventure.

It blows my mind how quickly we can go from being apprehensive strangers to kind, open, vulnerable, supportive, luminous, laughing, dancing, love filled soul family.

I love your awesomeness wherever and however you are in this moment!

“Soulful Saturday” is an invitation to step back, breathe, and learn a gentler, clearer way of moving through life.

Our next meet up is this Saturday:

🌿 A morning of Regulation & Romancing your life!

I’m opening my home for a small, intimate gathering to explore something I believe we all need right now:
How to regulate our nervous systems and create more joy in everyday life.

In this relaxed 1.5 hour session, we’ll explore simple but powerful practices to help you:
✨ calm your nervous system
✨ shift your emotional state quickly
✨ bring more pleasure, ease and beauty into daily life
✨ learn the art of “romancing your life”

Together we’ll experience gentle practices such as:
•Muscle testing /energy alignment
•Heart/brain coherence
• Conscious breathing
• Nervous system regulation techniques
• Simple tapping practices
• and ways to quickly shift your perspective & create everyday moments of magic and restoration

This will be a small, cosy gathering with time to reflect, connect and unwind. Think warm cuppa, calm conversation, and leaving with practical tools you can use immediately in REAL life.

Because regulation doesn’t have to be complicated — and feeling good shouldn’t have to wait for weekends or holidays.

📍 Cold Bath Rd, Harrogate
⏳ 10.30-12pm
👥 Only 10 spaces available

If this calls to you, I’d love you to join us. Let’s create more calm, joy and magic in the middle of everyday life.

Any questions don’t hesitate to ask. Comment SOUL or link in bio. And welcome to book/pay direct.

Looking forward to seeing anyone who feels this is a fit for them.

Love & Lightbulbs

In my new series of online workshops, called Flipping the Script, I’m bringing you a group coaching opportunity to expand your knowledge and actually do the work together, in real time, to understand where you are now, where you want to be and do the work to help get you there.

I truly believe everyone would benefit from 121 coaching but for many it’s out of reach because there are so many other things we need to financially prioritise and sadly we humans have a habit of putting ourselves rather too far down the list of priorities.

So these 1hr workshops aim to be super affordable, straight to the point, no fluff, & a vessel of time in which we do the work and walk away with a transformation.

The first one is about Happiness, the thing we all seek and yet spend most of our time wondering when we’re going to get there and falling into a never ending cycle of quick fixes to emulate the feeling.

Instead I’m going to bring your focus to feeling great instead, fulfilled, satisfied, purposeful, at peace and able to ride the waves of life while you do! Even when life is at its toughest, with the right perspective, it can be fulfilling, empowering & incredibly satisfying.

Believe me I’ve been there - big time!!

So if you’d like more details, let me know or link in bio (2 time slots available) and there are more titles on their way!

Ali one of our massage therapist: "I've worked here six months today and I love it more than any other job I've ever had. Being a self employed therapist can be really lonely but here I get to work amongst others who inspire me and support me". Ring 0113 234 0818 to book in with her today :)
