Ali and Kristan are officially barre3 Strength certified!! 🔥💪🏻

Designed to build strength in body and mind through slow, intentional movements, the barre3 Strength class uses heavier weights and resistance bands.

You’ll love it because you’ll feel stronger and reap the benefits of strength training in your every day life, from increased longevity to improved bone density and mental resilience.

Have you tried barre3 Strength yet?

✨Meet Ali, our first instructor-in-training!✨

A Pacific Northwest native, dog and cat mom, and loyal Oregon Ducks fan, Ali loves exploring farmers markets, trying new restaurants, and cooking delicious dinners with a glass of wine alongside her husband.

Her love for barre3 runs deep—after years as a barre3 client in Portland and Seattle, she was inspired by her best friend to pursue instructor training. Now, with barre3 Redondo Beach opening, Ali is turning her dream into reality. She loves barre3 for its empowering messaging and the consistency it brings to her life. We know you’ll love the fun energy she brings to her classes. 🧡

🗓 Ali’s first community class: This Saturday, August 30 – join the waitlist!
