Special flowers for the most special girl! 🩵

Amiaya is a brilliant 13-year-old battling severe sickle cell disease. She’s preparing for a bone marrow transplant that will leave her very isolated for most of next year.

Amiaya’s greatest love is books, and she’s even published her own: The Unassuming Superhero.

Today, @yesdayga and @alison.greenberg are hosting a book signing (and shopping spree and all around fun day!) for Amiaya at @preludebookstorega.

We loved creating these flowers (inspired by the cover of Amiaya’s book!) for this incredible young author.

Every picture tells a story, and the last few weeks there were some good ones.

1) Found Family. When your friends take your son and his cousins to dinner in NYC. Okuns, thank you for loving our kids the way you do. Grateful we have each other. #friendswhoarefamily ❤️

2) Annual meet-up with my middle school bestie, her mom, and my "auntie." Merle, Marsha, and Dori, I'm so lucky to have you women in my life. 💜💚

3) Only for my book bestie will I @brightline it to Boca for a brainstorm lunch. Lisa, our talks are important and always feed the soul.🩷

4) Lauren AKA Good Book Fairy and Dr. Ron running into each other in Chi-town. I love seeing people I love together.

5) Alison and Barry -- thank you for bringing Jess into our lives💐💐 The fun continues.

6) Turned in copyedits celebratory dinner. Jami, we don't see each other that often, but when we do, it's always the best. Love you and Coach Taylor. 🥂

This dress deserves its own story.

I spent months hunting for the perfect dress. Then, right when I thought I’d found her, life said ohhhh not so fast.

So I did what any self-respecting stylist does. I called in reinforcements. The seamstress, Grace, who brought this piece to life understood the assignment better than the dress ever could’ve on its own.

Custom will always beat store-bought. And if you can’t afford custom — hello, I get it — then buy a dress and find yourself a magician of a tailor to alter it. That intentional move takes an outfit from good to unforgettable.

As a stylist, my own flare isn’t a nice-to-have. It’s the whole damn job. Thank you Grace for being an incredible artist and always seeing my vision.

SUMMER 2026… THAT’S A WRAP! ☀️✈️💍🤠

Summer’s over, but DAMN did we have some fun.

We got Alison & Barry MARRIED. 💍
We got Lily & Zach down the aisle. ❤️
And Casey & John’s love story closed out the final chapter of our summer weddings — and what a way to end it.

But apparently weddings weren’t enough to keep us busy…

We got WEIRD in Austin with RSVP. 🤠
Had an Olympic-sized good time in San Diego at the family reunion. 🥇
And hopped across the pond to Malta to celebrate the fabulous Sarah Young — 25 years of Sarah Young Events AND 50 years of being an absolute SUPERSTAR on this planet. 🇲🇹✨

There were planes. Parties. Weddings. Family. Friends. A LOT of laughs. Probably too many cocktails. And based on photographic evidence… a summer hairstyle that has officially overstayed its welcome. 😂✂️

The long summer hair HAS TO GO.

But the memories can stay.

We worked hard. We played harder. We traveled everywhere. We celebrated love, friendship, family and some pretty incredible milestones along the way.

We had ourselves one hell of a YEEHAW of a summer. 🤠

Summer 2026 is officially IN THE BOOKS! ☀️❤️

Today we celebrate Miss Loftiss’ born day…no matter where we are that day, it’s a celebration. Here’s a cruise from 2009. Forgot about that one!

You can find her in her element at any event that requires a costume…

…Like for her 30th, a roaring 1920’s party in NYC. Sure.

Or maybe it’s just a boat day with close friends and a newborn.

Or weddings in August that turn into birthday parties.

If you’ve ever been with Lofti in August, everyday is a celebration.

Especially a neon 80s bowling party. Why not.

But Loftiss also needs her rest so staycations work too.

Because we had no idea how much life would change while pregnant in Boston.

So happy birthday to my loud, Virgo, magical, sparkling, unicorn wife.
