✈️⚾️ WHAT A WEEKEND!! ♥️🩵
Our first PRJKT Baseball fundraiser was a HUGE success, and we could not have done it without our amazing baseball families, players, friends, and everyone who stopped by to support us! 🙌
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated, volunteered, purchased something, or simply came by to cheer us on. Every lemonade, glider, candy bag and donation gets these boys one step closer to COOPERSTOWN! 🏟️✨

So proud of these boys and this baseball family. ♥️🩵

Feeling grateful today 🙏🏼

Thank you to all my amazing clients and friends who came out to the appreciation photoshoot event! Your trust and support mean everything.

This is just one small way I give back to the people who make what I do possible. If you’re wondering what it’s like to work together, you’re looking at it.

Appreciation isn’t just a word—it’s action.

Looking forward to the next one.

Also HUGE thanks to my bride @nikksmith for setting everything up and @taraholmesphotography for the 📸

5 years ago, I took over the reins of Wellness Choice. It was literally my dream office and I’m quite certain I manifested it. My husband and I had gone to Tony Robbins UPW, and I was flying high and fearless. Buy an office in California? Sure, let’s do it! Haha well I had never run a business before, let alone live 3000 miles away from my home state. After some bumps and bruises, tears of joy and tears of pain, coaches and mentors, seminars on building myself both as a leader and as a better human, the lockdowns and not wanting to pivot from hands on to virtual (I’m a chiro, how can I go virtual?! 🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️), we arrive here, to our almost 5 year anniversary. 🏆

I am so eternally grateful to call this team of incredible ladies part of my Wellness Choice family. It’s because of them and their shared mission of helping our patients live pain free and optimized lives that I love going to work every day. They each are so talented and being so much to our office. Thank you and our Wellness Choice extended tribe for the most amazing 5 years!! We are growing every year in so many ways and we love having each of you a part of it!! 😍

Cheers to the next 5 and all that is to come!! ✨💚🤩
