About ME:
A little person with achondroplasia dwarfism defying odds each and every day. I stand 3’11”. Late in life I realized I was overweight and putting undue stress on my petite frame. With proper training and diet, I devoted myself to becoming as fit as I could. At the same time I found a passion to compete in bodybuilding. I am currently the shortest woman to compete in the NPC bodybuilding federation in the women’s physique division.
Training in the gym, I knew the traditional approach was definitely out of the question. I have learned to modify gym equipment. In 2015 I created a support group for Little People on Facebook called H.E.L.P.- Health and Exercise for Little People. I had the opportunity to transform two very obese little people in a docu-series called Big & Little on TLC.
