Recapping what went down at Krab & Mental Block's Croft affair last Wednesday That was too good! Completely sold out, absolutely buzzing on the dance floor. Huge huge love to everyone who came down and danced with us. Big thanks to the general @tino___uk & all the DJs throughout the night. After a sold-out affair at The Croft with Tino, Krab is bringing Wrong’uns label boss Mehlor to The Crown for a Halloween night of no-nonsense Garage and House - free entry and all! Hailing from Doncaster and now embedded in the Leeds underground, Mehlor has spent the past few years quietly building a catalogue that speaks for itself. Releases on Talman Records, Beeyou, Locus and Comma Traxx sit alongside his own imprint Wrong’uns, a label and event series that runs on the same values as his music: no fuss, no compromise, built for real rooms. His sound sits in the deeper, groove-led end of house and minimal — punchy and detailed, with enough melodic movement to keep a floor locked without ever tipping into the obvious. Sets and productions alike are built for dancefloor function first, drawn from years spent in the kind of clubs where the music does the talking. As a DJ, he’s been a consistent presence across UK line-ups, sharing bills with like-minded artists and putting on nights where atmosphere matters more than optics. September 30th Artist Spotlight: @tino___uk Take a look at our headliner’s journey—from his early musical beginnings to how he’s achieved his current success- before we take the stage at The Croft. Nottingham-born, Tino started his musical journey in Manchester, where he and his housemate launched the event brand @movelikeme.music. While at university, Move Like Me hosted parties around Manchester, focusing on 90s Chicago ‘feel good’ house music. Tino crafted his sound during this period, taking notes from various genres such as northern soul, funk & 90s Chicago house, blending them into his own distinctive productions. Beyond parties, Move Like Me was also a record label, through which Tino released “Di Amore,” a track that launched the label and caught ears worldwide. October 2022: Move Like Me, Tino 📷 - @movelikeme.music After releasing more music on Move Like Me, Tino earned himself a standout release on Garrett David’s “Global Swing”. A 4 Track EP which turned heads during the summer period of 2025. The lead track of the EP, “Set You Free,” was pumping out of basically every major sound system in Europe and further afield, most notably at Slapfunk, Chris Stussy & even in the early hours at Houghton’s Terminus stage. 2025: Tino, Set You Free EP 📷 - @_groooves Bringing us to now, DJs worldwide have welcomed his true house sound with open ears. His consistent production quality has led him to play multiple gigs in Europe and NYC. More recently, his forthcoming release on M.A.D.
