Silks Take Shape is my 3 day intensive style silk fan tech series! We dive fast and DEEP into all things silk tech! Leveling up our season spinners and setting an insane foundation for our newbies! We aren’t just building skill and technique, but community, confidence and daily practice! Each year I work to refine and elevate the experience for my students! I’m in the midsts of fine tuning 2027’s container! Early bird tickets dropping soon👁️ You’ll still receive a set of high quality silk fans and a sustainable custom outfit! I’m very excited to share which small business I’m partnering up with this time to make everyone feel comfortable and goddess like. This years class was incredible! We got through so much material, chose into embodiment practices and learned a choreographed piece in one day! Silks Take Shape 2026 recap ⚡️ (part 1 ~ studio sessions!) Being a part of STS was easily a highlight of my whole summer ☀️ I’ve never participated in a multiple day flow arts intensive and it just felt RIGHT. This experience was so thoughtfully curated, including color coordinated small batch dresses from @medusamoon.designs and matching fans from @thebamboocloset. These clips are all from the first part of the experience, where we dove deeeeep training silk fan tech moves + choreography in the studio. After training for 3 days we went on a field trip into the mountains near SLC and shot photo + video showcasing the choreo we learned! (Will post that recap separately) This whole experience was sooo fun and honestly inspired me so much. Feeling so lit up and activated in my tech movement exploration 💥 I’m obsessed with grid based flow movements and this weekend gave me so much new vocabulary to work with 📐 thank you to our dance mom and fearless leader @shaunanikles ~ I love & adore you endlessly!! #silkstakeshape #silkfanworkshop #flowartstraining #silkfanstech
