Our 2027 Goat Calendar is extra special this year. We invited 12 Philadelphia area female artists to transform a three-sided goat shelter into a rotating “theater set” of original artwork. Each piece became a one-of-a-kind backdrop for our goats, who stepped into the spotlight and posed for photos by @kourkounis. Yes, our goats really posed in front of every single piece of art!

A whole year of “Goats for the Greater Good?” Yes, please. 💚

Hi, I’m back from my hiatus🫶🏻 Please enjoy some content from my solo day in Philly back in June. Solo travel doesn’t have to be far, just far enough to get out of your comfort zone🙂

The best gifts usually aren’t the ones you find scrolling online. They’re the ones you stumble upon in a neighborhood shop and immediately think, I know exactly who this is for. 🎁

We asked the PHC team to share their favorite local spots for thoughtful gifts, and the list is a good one. From recycled glass and locally made chocolates to quirky home finds, kitchen essentials, Philly favorites and plenty of things you’ll want to keep for yourself.

Consider this your excuse to shop small, wander a little and find something special along the way.

Nearly 20 years ago, Jessie opened Ali’s Wagon in Fairmount, creating the kind of welcoming neighborhood space she had been searching for as a new mother. Since then, the shop has grown alongside its community, evolving into a boutique filled with gifts for all ages and shaped by the people who walk through its doors.
