🎉 MY DIVORCE TOOLBOX IS FINALLY D🦆CKING OPEN!

Hi I’m Ali… IT Manager, Reiki Master Teacher, professional coach, award-winning author and Mum of two… (books and children), also a wine enthusiast… Moonologist (it’s an actual thing 🌙 ) and a little bit busy over here life-ing!

My third book, My Divorce Toolbox: Tools for Dealing with Divorce, Dilemmas and Duckheads, due date is very soon!

Yet as I always say why wait… (for the book) when we can get started right here? 😉☺️

This little corner of the internet is for anyone who has had life throw a massive curveball, turned their world upside down and left them figuring out what the duck happens next.

You don’t have to have been legally married, divorced or going through a divorce to be here. Heartbreak, separation, loss and unexpected life changes don’t discriminate. Everyone is welcome (even Duckheads… they need healing the most!!)

Expect ducking good guidance, practical and often unconventional tools, honest conversations and a bit of humour (or at least attempts) along the way. I will try not to overdo it with the ducks, they just happen to be my current hyperfocus!

…and just to be clear this is a space to heal, not hate. Although we might have a little fun with the Duckheads along the way! 🤭

Know someone who needs this? Tag them, share the love and hit FOLLOW.

📚 My third book ‘My Divorce Toolbox’ is on its way! Release date to be announced soon!

Let’s get the duck on with living! ❤️

Wow what a season!

It’s not perfect and we haven’t been as present here as we’ve wanted to but we are truly grateful for this space.

🌟 The laughter
🌟 The honesty
🌟 The passion
🌟 The grief

And we’ve had the most beautiful messages from our listeners- THIS makes us so proud.

Season 3 brings growth…

Growth as two minds
Growth as people
Growth of numbers
Growth in visibility

Who’s coming with us for the next season? 👇

Somewhere along the way, so many women stop listening to themselves.

They became everything for everyone else…
while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected and exhausted underneath it all.

This space is for the women whose minds feel loud all the time.
The women who are holding everything together for everyone else while slowly losing themselves in the process.

Through sound healing, nervous system support, honest conversations and a safe space to slow down, I help women reconnect with who they are and trust in themselves again.

I’m a Mum to three boys, sound healer, accountant and lover of life.

Comment ‘community’ for a link to my free space for those looking for clarity in the chaos or click the link in the bio.

Happy Mothers Day to this special one.

You’ve got the biggest heart
The kindest soul
The most courage and strength
You’re one of a kind

An amazing friend, a special Nanny and light in my world.

A Happy Mothers Day to all…

To the Dads being Mother too
The ones no longer with us
The adoptive or foster mothers and families
The ones who’s mothers are no longer here
To the new Mothers
To the Mothers with poorly children
To the ones who aren’t yet a Mother
To the ones who have had a journey to get there
To the ones who’s Mothers didn’t show up
To the ones who find it hard
To the Mother figures- the Aunties and the Grandmothers

Whatever today looks like for you I’m sending love and strength. You’re amazing.

Love Laura xoxo

The last few weeks have been about everyone else and I feel I’ve really neglected myself.

Sickness bugs
Kids emotions and needs
Poorly little man
Not been able to work
Cancelling private sound bath

The end of the week has been all about me and I’m so grateful for this time.

Exciting times ahead as I feel the year of the fire horse coming and my time to shine is approaching.
