SUSHI CLASS in the heart of Tsukiji fish market 🐟

Always a highlight of the tour. We meet our master sushi chef for the day and they explain all about the history of sushi in Japan then we get stuck in to making our very own by hand.

Such a unique must do experience for anyone in Japan (and they even let us keep the chefs hats with our name written on them in Japanese!) 😬
