Looking back on my summer with tears in my eyes because I’m just so grateful. This summer started with probably the biggest plot twist of my life but I managed to make it through. From the comfort of being engaged to choosing myself yet choosing the unknown of the future wasn’t easy to say the least. Being in the last year of my 20s and my life not shaping out to how I thought it “should’ve been” or what my life should look like was a hard pill to swallow.

Broken & confused by doing things my own way, I re-dedicated my life back to Christ & I was healed (spiritually) & my burdens were lifted but I still had to do the work. Overwhelmed with God’s peace and love, I was able to make room for myself, my family & my friends and pour into them and have the capacity for them to pour love into me as well.

I’m forever grateful for my support system & the people I’ve met along the way who didn’t even know how much they’ve healed me with just their presence. I’m not writing this for a pity party or for the people in my dms asking “what happened?” Lol. I’m just truly grateful for how God has turned things around in my life & I’m excited for what’s to come. Goodbye summer. You’ve changed me.

As soon as I gave God my yes, He blessed me with a fully furnished apartment. 🙏🏽

.. I literally didn’t have to buy a thing from furniture, to tvs, appliances, utensils, towels.. you name it, I had it lol God is good!

I was able to celebrate love with joy and without bitterness & truly had the time of my life in Cabo✨

Spent time with my sister watching the Knicks bring home the W 🏀 #knicksin5 🤪

Went to a NY Liberty game and spent time with my frennn who’s currently a superstar basketball overseas player🤪

Probably visited & trained at 50% of all gyms on Long Island… & counting lol👀

& gained a gym partner & sister in Christ in the process 🩷

Gained an IMMENSE amount of love for Pilates and the community that came w it 💜 s/o KŌRE 🗣️

Today actually makes day 75 of sobriety (that’s my mocktail pictured, yum). But life’s better with a clear mind to think and make decisions & not give the enemy a playing field to wonder and destroy 🙏🏽✨

I had the honor of celebrating the union of Moné and Brandon 👩🏾‍❤️‍👨🏾 I met them during the early years of their relationship and it’s been a joy to witness their continued growth together 🥹 They are an example of a strong, supportive relationship; an example we can all learn from!! Thank you both for inviting me to be part of this journey (despite my anxiety and agginess 😂). Congratulations to my TWIN sister getting married to her love on July 4, 2026. ❤️💍✨ This moment was highly anticipated and it was AMAZING ⭐️ We had the time of our lives 🤯 I’m so proud of what you have become. 🥲 Great things happen to great people & you guys are one of them. I wish nothing but the best for both of ya’ll. And YES I approve! That’s my guy! Adult life is not easy but it’s these moments that bring you back to LIFE 💫 I know our loved ones looking down on you would be so proud 🕊️

Operation get Mo married was a complete success 🥹. My first ever college roomie and best girl for life is a WIFEEEE !

Moné it was my absolute honor to stand beside you and watch you enter this new chapter of your life. You and Brandon have been attached to the hip since day one so I knew this day would come without a doubt. I love you so much & my heart is so happy that you truly found the one whom your soul loves.

Brandon, thank you for loving my girl & taking care of her all these years. I know she’s in good hands with you and that this love is a forever thang.

For you both, I pray that your marriage is BLESSED. That your home is BLESSED. It may not always feel like a bed full of roses but know that you have each other and as long as you keep God the center, there’s nothing you can’t overcome.
