Summer recap! Ready to be back at college but can’t deny this has been the best summer yet!!☀️🖤

- Seen All City concert to support my babies
- Learned new skills!
- Hung out with my favorite girls (many times)
- Worked… so much work

And just like that I’m done at YHS.

First off I would not be standing here if it wasn’t for God and for Jesus’s guidance as these past 4 years let alone 13 years haven’t been easy but they have all been worth it because over these past four years I got saved by my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and through Him I got to know my Father in Heaven. The people that He has led me to I’m so blessed to know and I pray that these friendships will continue to flourish no matter the distance.

Secondly I want to thank my family especially my mom. She has been the biggest supporter these past 18 years of my life and I know she will continue to be for the rest of my life. I thank God for her everyday that I get to be her daughter because God knows I don’t know what I do without her. She is strong, supportive, loving, kind, STUNNING, and most importantly a determined mother who makes me want to be even more determined. I love that I got the opportunity to have her hand me my diploma because I couldn’t thank of anyone better to hand me mine expect for my mom. I love you mom tremendously! Thank you for all of my family who came to support me tonight. I’m so appreciative more than you know and for the ones who couldn’t make it tonight I love you and thank you for your constant support throughout my life! It has never gone unnoticed!

Thank you to all of my teachers and administrators that have left a lasting impact on me throughout the years, I’m so grateful for each and every single one of you. Through elementary, middle school, and high school your words of encouragement, knowledge, and love will be in my back pocket as I continue through the rest of my life.

Lastly, to the Class of 2026 I want to say I’m so proud of all of you. We have gone through so many things together as a class and the way we have all persevered to get to this amazing achievement and accomplishment is amazing in its own right. As you all move on onto your next adventures remember to stay present in the moment, to be thankful for the good and the bad, and to always give yourself grace. Love you all!

I’m so aware it’s not my time yet but dear POMA, thank you! Thank you for the fun times, the bad times, the worst times, and the best times. This season has been like no other. OH AND THE PEOPLE IVE MET! I really couldn’t be more grateful, these people are truly the best! And thank you more for allowing me to continue to do the thing I love and hold so dear to my heart. I love this program and can’t wait to see where it takes me. I luv you POMA, I’ll see you around!
