What a tough and grueling victory in the desert at the PPA Mesa Cup! 🌵🔥
The grind was real yesterday with temperatures exceeding 100°F and start times right at the peak of the heat, but the work is definitely paying off to finish on top!
My partner Josh Cooperman was a rock as usual and such an absolute pleasure to share the court with. Huge shout-out to our incredible competitors for such hard-fought battles:
Silver: Alka Strippoli & Steve Deakin
Bronze: Julie Henderson & Daniel Roditi
And amazing matches to Amie Taylor & Brian Sachs and Ricardo Copper & Vicki Teeple.
Special thanks to CRBN for all the continued support, and to my Tighties for keeping my legs fresh through the desert heat. Sparms for keeping the sun off my arms and keeping me cool. Onward and upward! 🥇👏

Austin, you brought the heat! 🔥 What a wonderfully competitive MLP Champion Series event.
So grateful to share the court with my incredible partners: Jose “So Good” Derisi (CRBN Barrage Crew), Rick Witsken, and Lila Rawlings. The level of play was off the charts. I live for the matches where you have to fight for every single point—even if you don’t take the win, the takeaways and lessons are invaluable. 🧠💪
Nothing compares to the energy in that building and the pure hype of team support. Team Pickleball is the best format out there! LET’S GO INDY DRIVERS! 🏎️🏁
