Chicken & Rice Bake 🍗🍚

One pot. Crispy skin. Fluffy rice underneath soaking up all that flavor.

Ingredients:

5 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup onion, diced
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup long grain rice
2 cups water
Salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder & garlic powder (about 1 tsp each)

🔥 Steps:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F
2️⃣ Heat a Dutch oven with the oil
3️⃣ Season chicken all over with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder
4️⃣ Sear skin side down for 5-6 minutes until browned and crispy, flip and cook another 5-6 minutes, then remove from pan
5️⃣ In the same pan, cook onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent
6️⃣ Add rice and water, season with the same spices, and bring to a boil
7️⃣ Add chicken back in skin side up, cover, and transfer to the oven
8️⃣ Bake 35-40 minutes until rice is fully cooked

One pot, minimal cleanup, maximum flavor 🤤

BEEF ARAYES 🥙🔥

Everyone's stuffing pita wrong. Here's how to actually do it.

Ingredients:

1 lb. pre-marinated ground beef mixture
5 pita breads
Spray oil

Fresh Salad:

1 red onion, thinly sliced
2 large tomatoes, diced
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
Olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped
Salt

🔥 Steps:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 425°F
2️⃣ Cut pita in half and stuff generously with the pre-marinated ground beef mixture — cup it in your hands as you fill so you can feel when it's enough (don't overstuff or it won't bake through!)
3️⃣ Cut each half into quarters, place on a rack over a baking sheet, and spray with oil
4️⃣ Bake for 15-20 minutes
5️⃣ Meanwhile, slice red onion super thin with a mandolin
6️⃣ Mix onion with tomatoes, red wine vinegar, olive oil, parsley, and salt
7️⃣ Plate the arayes right next to the salad and serve

Barely any work. All of the flavor. That's arayes. 🤤
