It only took us 22 months to have a couples time away.
And to be fair, it was much needed.

Ok being kind of vulnerable over here… SURPRISE!!! I’m a HUUUGE over thinker!!!! But I can always count on @allanlucido to give me a much needed reality check.

I was diagnosed with OCD when I was 12 and I find that a big way that shows up in my adult life is in the gym. I get anxious, I overthink, I over-dramatise small things — that’s part of the reason that even though I am a certified PT who often is aware that I’m being a drama queen, I work with a coach of my own.

Truthfully, I have struggled with quite a few eating disorders and pretty consistent body dysmorphia since I was 11 years old — so, especially since I am going down the bodybuilding route, it is crucial to me to have a second set of eyes on my physique.

On top of that, since my full time job is crafting workout plans and problem-solving within fitness (and sometimes nutrition), it feels like a huge weight off my big juicy shoulders to have a trusted, intelligent, and brutally honest person who does the same (and then some) for me. I also find it really exciting to learn from someone who has been in the game longer than I have.

To be totally honest, I’m trying to release the anxiety of posting a natural, unposed (in the latter half) video where a lot of the things I am insecure about are on full display. But thats okay!!!!! I want to build trust with you all, sweet followers, and show you the good, the bad and the ugly. We all have shit we gotta work on.

Love you all xoxoxoxoox 💓💓💓💓💓 go lift heavy shit.

And just like that, one day at a time, she won't need us anymore. But I hope that even though the goal is for her to be independent and free, she would still want to hang out with her Mami and daddy 💛
We love you Aria 😍

Growing up , I didn't know what it meant to have a dad. Growing up I always wondered what it would feel to be loved and chosen every day from this men that was supposed to protect you and adore you as his wonderful little daughter.
But now I know, from the way you love our daughter, from the way you look at her and care for her. Now I know what a little girl feels when she has a daddy.
Thank you for being Aria's daddy and loving her to infinity. Thank you for showing me what a true father's love looks like . We love you @allanlucido

April fitness dumpppp!!!! ☔️🏋️‍♀️💐

This month has been so rewarding. I’ve been working on finding a healthier balance between work/cut protocol and fun. It’s not always easy for me to get adequate playtime with the hours I spend at work (and the calories I am allotted lol) because discipline and rest are so important to me — but I also love my friends and family and partying and being silly!!! I am getting closer to finding a balance for this season of my life that makes me have much more gratitude for every part of it, and be more successful in every part of it as well.

These are just highlights from the fitness part of my life this past month, but check out my main @carolineeherbert for all the other parts (plus some more fitness too lol).

ALSOOO lowest weigh in yet today (137lbs, 10lbs down from February 16th😸)

So many men wanting kids and a wife, but mine is a great husband and a great father . He is present, loving, hands on. Please don't settle ladies. You and your children deserve better 🥰
