A class to compliment and support my yoga practice? oh-la-la ✨ Barre brings intensity in a low-impact way by combining elements of ballet, pilates and yoga. Join M'Le live at 11am Wednesdays or check out what's available on demand.

*You may need light hand-weights, a yoga block, pilates ball and/or a yoga strap. If you do not have these props, you can soup cans, tea towels or other household items! #Barre #BarreWorkout #DaytonFitneaa

Our $5 community class starts tomorrow! Join us every Friday at 4:30pm all summer long at our Wayne location as our recently graduated Teacher Trainees lead the way to some pre-weekend zen. Each month we'll donate all the money collected to a different local organization. All proceeds from classes in June will be donated to the Suicide Prevention Center.
