A little peek at some of the things I get to do outside of the salon 🤍

Recently, I had the opportunity to attend the Slate Belt Chamber Women’s Luncheon at All Aspects at the Barn, where I spent a few hours with some amazing local business women, listening to encouraging stories and great speakers.

I also headed back to CIT for an OAC meeting to learn more about upcoming goals, other program updates, and what’s happening within the cosmetology program. Getting to be part of conversations that help support the next generation of hairstylists — with a plus of enjoying a yummy dinner made by the culinary students!

Continuing to learn, meeting other people in my community, and supporting the industry that has given me so much gives me ALL the feels.

I may just be a stylist working in a small-business salon, but I’m realizing more and more that I’m more than just someone who plays with hair.

This industry has given me so much and I love finding little ways to give back, stay connected, and be a part of something bigger than just what happens behind my chair. 🤍

These little experiences outside the salon are such a big part of why I love what I do.

There’s something special about bringing women together to connect, collaborate, and celebrate one another! 💛

The Women’s Chamber Luncheon was a wonderful opportunity to build relationships, share ideas, exchange experiences, and strengthen the connections that help our local business community thrive.

Thank you to the Slate Belt Chamber for creating opportunities for women in business to grow, learn, and lift one another up. When women support women, amazing things happen!

Teddy 🤝 Sutton
🫏👶🏼🫶

Last September we did a mini photo shoot here at @allaspectsbarn & Teddy the donkey 🫏 was obsessed w/ my pregnant belly (➡️ swipe to see). Today I took Sutton back to visit him and he saw her coming from a mile away. He stopped snacking and came right over to the fence to meet her 🥰. Sweetest donkey we ever did meet.

Sipping my way through this rustic little escape @allaspectsbarn. Classic example of brew before booze 🤭. Came for the coffee, left with a bottle from @clevergirlwinery ☕️🍷✨ #rusticcharm #hiddengem #northamptonpa #artsyaesthetic #supportsmallbusiness

I think it’s pretty obvious by now that I spend a lot of time at local coffee shops. One of my favorites lately has been Mount Bethel’s Barn Brew Cafe, located inside All Aspects Barn!

Not only is their coffee spectacular (especially their new fall menu specials 🎃☕️), but there’s so much more to explore while you’re there. You can shop local goods and antiques, visit the petting farm, or hang out at their wine & beer cottage. Basically, it’s the perfect spot to grab a coffee and make a fun afternoon out of it!

Definitely adding this one to my local favorites 🤎
