Some memories don’t just make you smile. They remind you how long you’ve been becoming. ❤️

Cruise ship life, circa 2008. Young, adventurous, performing, traveling the world, laughing HARD, and collecting stories I’d carry with me for the rest of my life. 🚢🎭

And I have to give some BIG LOVE to my beautiful friends Kendria and Cherry, who are part of these memories and this chapter of my life. ❤️

Thank you both for the love, the kindness, the laughter, the friendship, and the memories we created together. There are people you meet along the journey who become forever connected to a particular season of your life, and when you see the pictures again, you can almost hear the laughter.

Before Broadway. Before Dr. FLOW. Before all the programs, platforms, teaching, coaching, producing, and community building.

There was this version of me: dreaming, singing, exploring, figuring it out, surrounded by some really good people, and having one hell of a good time along the way. 😂

Kendria and Cherry, thank you for being part of the story. I’m sending you both so much love and gratitude. What a gift it is to have memories that still feel warm all these years later. ❤️

You were loved and lovable then.

You are loved and lovable now.

And the journey continues. 🌈✨

Standing outside my cruise ship cabin, getting ready for another unforgettable night in the Bahamas.

Back then, I had no idea just how much those years at sea would shape my life.

Over the course of countless performances, I had the privilege of singing for thousands of passengers from all over the world. Show after show, voyage after voyage, I watched strangers become friends, celebrated milestones with families, and discovered that music has a remarkable way of reminding people that they are loved and lovable.

Some of my greatest memories weren’t just the performances—they were the incredible castmates who became family, the countries we explored, the laughter we shared, and the joy of waking up in a new port with another opportunity to encourage someone through song.

Those years taught me that my calling has never simply been to perform.

It’s to spread love.
To encourage.
To help people remember that they are loved and lovable.

More than 18 years later, that mission hasn’t changed. It has only grown.

I’m deeply grateful for every stage, every ship, every castmate, every audience, and every person who has allowed me to be part of their journey.

Here’s to the next adventure, more music, more connection, and many more opportunities to share love with the world. ❤️🌎🎭

🎉 Exciting news! 🎉 (yall say its not real until you post it). I’m thrilled to announce that I officially joined the legendary funk rock band “Mother’s Finest” as their drummer last month! I got the opportunity on a Wednesday, and by Friday, I was thrown in the fire performing on stage. Huge shoutout to Newberry, SC, for being a part of this special moment!

Joining a band with over 50 years of experience so swiftly while still working on other projects has been a challenge, but I’m committed to honoring the current legendary musicians and drummers who came before me while also bringing my own style to the mix. I’ve played five shows so far, each with its own unique challenges, but they’ve motivated me to stay humble and work even harder.

As a freelance drummer, Ive been in the background, seen but not seen, heard but not really appreciated. However, I’ve always stayed dedicated and commited to my personal growth as a person and Professional Musician No matter who liked it or not.

Adapting to being in the spotlight is a huge journey but I’m grateful that my name and talent are starting to get recognized. Remember, keep grinding and hustling—your gifts will open doors. Ok say
