What an incredible start to the 2026–27 San Dieguito Surf Team season! Our season kicked off with trials, and the energy, talent, and stoke were at an all-time high. We had an amazing day filled with great surfing, tacos, family, friends, and plenty of good vibes. It was awesome to see returning surfers and new faces coming together to be part of something special. We’re looking forward to an unforgettable season of surfing, competition, teamwork, and memories both in and out of the water. Big thanks to all of our volunteer judges and coaches 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽!!! Let’s go SDA surf!!! 🤙🏾🤙🏾🤙🏾

Sold! Stoked to get some good friends into the last available unit at “Stone Steps Cove” here in Leucadia. We’ve been loving life in our new home and are excited to have neighbors right behind us—they also have five grandkids that our kids are friends with so the fun is about to get ramped up big time! AJ going mole. He’s got the sauce. Mole comes from the Nahuatl word mōlli, which means concoction. A mole is also Avogadro’s Number, and that’s a unit used to measure the number of particles in a mass. But chemistry and Catholicism confuse me so I’ll stop at saucy.

Oak Crest are STATE Champions once again! There’s too many surfers to highlight, including our B team who stepped up huge and surfed in another event the same day // But Surfing alongside @sdasurfteam at our local spot, who also competed and came out on top, shows just how much this sport means to our community!
