After telling myself a make believe story for over 40 years I am glad I challenged that never was truth I was living by.

Not only do I love playing my ukulele I find it to be a therapy, meditation, outlet as well!

This week on Ukulele Tales, I have a great chat with Kevin Presbrey, the brains behind the terrific All For Uke website!

We talk about how his tongue-in-cheek video "The Prettiest Ukulele Song in the World" led to him gaining notoriety on YouTube, which he was able to parlay into a full-time online teaching career!
We also talk about fatherhood, his approach to teaching, and his plans for the future - as Kevin is a hugely accomplished musician who has been touring both solo and with bands since the early 2000s.

Kevin's a great storyteller and I had a blast chatting with him outside in the warm California sun, and I think you're going to love listening to him.

So make sure you've subscribed to Ukulele Tales - available in all the usual podcasty places!

Few photos from this amazing and unforgettable experience of visiting the Namm show in California.

The highlights was surely meeting people I ve been following online for long time and sharing accommodation with Bo Geny and Angie.

Thank you to Boris and Kala to have made this possible.

More to follow!

Quick little casual round at the private course.

I’ve been enjoying throwing backhands for the first time in my disc golf career. I took a little tip from Paul Ulibarri and added a slight pump of the disc in my x-step which has helped time everything up. It’s doesn’t seem like much, but I went from throwing only 250-275 feet backhand on a good day to pushing the 350 foot mark in a matter of a few weeks.

It feels weird, but I’ll take the progress. I look forward to continuing to work on it. I honestly dreaded throwing backhand off the tee for years so this a huge change for me.

Good little battle out at the private course this evening. @leoncoredellcreations was inches away from his first ace and @allforuke refused to go away making a pretty epic comeback. Enjoy the ace run and the playoff to settle who took home the W!
