Maple-flavoured distortion from the prairies 🇨🇦🤘

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I'm actually home with nothing huge looming for the first time since mid-April, and can now begin to process all that's transpired between guest lecturing at the Banff Centre and touring Canada.

I certainly feel a little frazzled, stretched, and pulled like sticky batter or gooey cheese. After Sled Island, I am bunkering down in the studio for 2 weeks and there's nothing anybody can say about it. I will be unreachable and ded to the world and I'm gonna love it. I'm going to refill my cup and make music and become basement goblin man.

It's been so fun and rewarding, really; I put 100% of myself into delicious traveling artist life with extraordinary people the last few weeks. We drank the life cup daily. I saw a double rainbow. A cow licked my whole arm and drenched me in slobber. We visited with 10 family members. We made wonderful new friends and reconnected with loved ones. We played so many great shows and saw so many rad bands. Yesterday, I plucked my eyebrows and cut my nails for the first time in months. Tata for now.
