Out of the darkest times, we rise 🙏🏻 • I could write a novel, but instead I will briefly just let everyone know that I’ve launched @flexworksdesigns and @flexfocusphotos already in 2023, so follow those- but please stay tuned for the much anticipated relaunch of @justflex_athletics ..It’s expected to drop sometime in October 2023 and I am hereeeee for it! 🫶🏻🙏🏻 It’s always been my baby & always been an outlet for me to share strength and positivity with others even when I needed it most… but this one is personal. This one hits. And this time I’ve got a lot to say. #waitforittttttt • #clothingline #selflove #samemessagenewstory #localbrand #gymmotivation #thecomebackkid

9months out vs 9months in! .... #braxtynneHaukea you are everything I never knew I always needed. I was 9 months pregnant and terrified in the second picture,I had no idea what my life was about to look like. But you’re personality is so big and your happiness is so contagious, I am the luckiest mama in the world to have you and watch you grow. I love you always, my little BFF! 💖

Happy birthday to the girl that went from driving me crazy at cheer practice to being my ride or fucking die 5,000+ miles away from home. From my athlete to my family. I love you and I can never thank you enough for being who you are. I hope your next trip around the sun is the best one yet. #mygirl #birthdaybitch #friendsbecomefamily #23 #keyportkids #oahulife 💖
