Columbus… I’m coming home!!

Every Instructor has a place that shaped them. Columbus will always be that place for me.

Ohio State is where I taught my very first Pilates classes.
I spent countless hours coaching one-on-one clients, learning that being a great trainer isn’t just about writing programs—it’s about learning how to coach the person standing in front of you.

Through Lifetime Easton, I found mentors, built lifelong relationships, and developed into the coach I am today.

And through community events like Move & Mingle, I saw just how powerful movement can be in bringing complete strangers together.

Looking back, I don’t think I would’ve become the coach I am today without Columbus. It’s the city that gave me the confidence to believe I could do this for a living.

Now, after making the move to Las Vegas and continuing my journey, I get to come back to the city that gave me my start—and honestly, it feels incredibly full-circle.

On October 3rd, I’ll be teaching Mat Pilates at MOVE Fest at Huntington Ballpark—a full-day experience built around movement, music, and community.

✨ Multiple movement classes
🤍 The world’s largest sound bath
🤸🏽‍♀️An EDM festival immediately after

Movement runs from 2:00–4:15 PM, and if you purchase a Movement Ticket, your festival admission is already included. If you’re just coming for the music, festival-only tickets are available through the same link!

Whether you’ve taken one of my classes before, trained with me years ago, or we’ve never gotten the chance to move together…

I’d absolutely love to see you there.

Coming back to teach this event feels like a thank-you to the city that helped shape my career. I couldn’t imagine a better reason to come home.

Whether you’re coming for Pilates, another movement class, the world’s largest sound bath, the festival—or simply to spend the day surrounded by an incredible community—I can’t wait to share this experience with you.

🔗Tickets are officially live. Secure your spot through the link in my bio, use code ‘firstmove’ for the lowest early bird pricing, and I’ll see you on the mat in October. ❤️
