Allie was feeling bit tired and sluggish when she came in today. So, we had to make some adjustments to the schedule routine. Mainly, just lightened up the load & intensity bit

It is important to listen to your body and/or athletes. I felt like we were able to get a solid session in today without pushing too hard.

Rotational strength training improves your body's ability to transfer force through the core while also synching your lower with upper body.

This will enhance athletic power and boost functional movement for ALL sports but especially for sports like golf, tennis, baseball or in this case softball 🥎💪🏆

The main things I am focusing on when training a softball 🥎 and/or baseball ⚾️ athlete is building rotational power, core strength, enhancing first-step speed, and lateral movement!

Today's session was tough and Allie killed it‼️
