Our group is growing and we couldn’t be more thrilled. So many showed up this morning to run on the hottest day of the summer. Marathon/racing season is here, no time to be a slacker, we have many fall races coming up, everything from 5k to 100 miles, and OF Course, we can’t forget the fall ironman events either... 🤣🤣🤣#wegotthis #joinus ..

You know those perfect long runs that are so smooth, effortless and almost magical? I know they don’t happen often, but this morning was one of them. We all have different goals and dreams in life, different stresses and worries, different personalities and come from very different backgrounds. But for these 10 miles, we were all on the same page. Meeting at 5am is hard, but these folks make it worth it.

One woman can make a difference but together, we can rock the world. Be brave, be courageous, and go for it! Remember this, nobody who’s achieved more will ever judge you for wanting more. *****getting excited and nervous for our new running group to start up. Launch day is June 1st, and I literally don’t know if I’ll have 20 people show up or 100 people show, but I do know this, I will never look back and wish or wander what if I had tried? At least I have the courage to try!! I will move forward as if success is inevitable. @annaflow8 ..
