« The collaboration with Nick Knight, Marc Ascoli, and Peter Saville started from this project for Yohji in 1986. Just as Nick was an outsider to the fashion world, Peter was the same. Marc embellished Nick’s world with romanticism, and Peter reinforced it with modernism. These three people from completely different backgrounds got together to turn a fashion catalogue into a piece of art. »
