A few of my favorite exhibits from my 2nd stay at the @hospital.of.emotions 🏥❤️‍🩹
There’s something pretty fascinating about seeing abstract concepts like our emotions being brought to life through interactive art 🎭 #artexhibit #emotions #museum #interactiveart #losangeles

Took me two weeks to decide to make this post🫣. Connect with the artists in your own way💭 Enjoy <3

Me2You:
Everyone I have come in contact with whether it was through a long interaction or something as small as a glance. Whether it was good or bad. Friend, friend of a friend, relatives, acquaintance, teachers, coworkers, or complete strangers. The list could go on. Maybe we never actually had an interaction at all. Maybe I simply remember your face. But if, in some way, our paths have crossed, I want you to know that you have a special place with me, always. I spend a lot of time in my head, and honestly, I don’t think that’s necessarily a bad place to be. I replay experiences. I rethink conversations. I revisit moments. I sit with the emotions that came with them and try to understand what they were teaching me. I translate those experiences and emotions into something that can help me become a better version of myself. And I love that about me. I’ve realized that so many people are afraid to share their emotions, especially publicly, because emotions can be twisted, used, abused, misunderstood, or looked at as a weakness. Sometimes we’re afraid that if we show people what is really happening inside of us, they’ll use that vulnerability against us. But in my eyes, you are not weak for expressing your emotions. Your feelings are valid. You don’t have to hide what you feel just because someone else might not understand it. You don’t have to apologize for being sensitive, emotional, loving, angry, afraid, hopeful, sad, or vulnerable. And if you’ve ever crossed paths with me, I want you to know something:

You are loved.
You are cared for.
You are respected.
You are encouraged.
You are admired.
You are valued.

And everything in between. Whether you believe it or not. So take this message and interpret it in your own way. Let yourself feel. Let yourself connect with the emotions you’ve been carrying, even the ones you’ve been afraid to acknowledge. Because understanding your emotions doesn’t make you weaker. It makes you stronger. And those emotions the beautiful ones, the painful ones, the complicated ones, and everything in between are part of what makes YOU.

I went to a museum where the exhibits weren’t paintings… they were EMOTIONS. 🥹🎭

Walking through the Emotional Museum had me realizing just how much we carry, how much we feel, and how often we keep moving without actually stopping to process it.

Some rooms made me laugh.
Some made me uncomfortable.
Some felt a little TOO personal. 😂
And some reminded me that feeling deeply isn’t a weakness — it’s part of being human.

Travel has a funny way of giving you experiences you didn’t know you needed. ✈️✨

So let me ask you: If your current emotion had its own museum exhibit, what would it be called? 👀

Sadness Department 💙

Tears that Water the Flower of Wisdom

There is a kind of knowing that only grief can teach, depth that joy, in its brightness, cannot reach This work does not ask you to heal. It asks you to stay, to let sorrow be what it has always been: not an ending, but a slow and necessary opening.

Resilience Department 💜

The main sculpture is a metaphor for how a person gathers strength and focuses on the body, using the skill of resilience in difficult circumstances.

Artist: @margui_art

No feeling is permanent.

Be kind. It’s gangster.

Pause.
Breathe.
Let the feeling move through.

💐

Enjoying the human experience.

Resilience Department 🩷

When we are fragile, both body and soul have a deep need for warmth, human contact, and tenderness. The installation becomes an architecture of hugs and compassion, a space where art invites everyone to experience the power of comfort and collective resilience.

You are invited to surrender to your inner vulnerability with poetry and resilience inside the Hug Room.

Resilience Department 💚

We love our world - Until we don’t.
We consume her, exploit her & assume she will always care for us. But eventually, she pushes back.

She wields her resilience and thrives in spite of us. If we’re not careful, if we don’t acknowledge that we are all connected,
