The latest mural is coming along. In our last days of warmth, working outside has been tricky. But, I have the help of a few good men. My son painted with me today and although this flower is lopsided, I think it’s going to be great. All without a VR headset, tracing, or a projector. Idk why I decided to do it the hard way, but I chose to forego the scissor lift and save $800. So, here we are. Stay tuned for the reveal.

This remarkably preserved 1895 Queen Anne single-family home in Chicago’s North Side is being renovated to honor its historic charm and unique details. A few key aspects of the repairs include: preserving interior woodwork detailing, and replacing weathered siding with newly milled pieces that carefully match the original turn-of-the-century profiles. Additionally, the existing windows are being carefully restored and retrofitted with insulated glazing to ensure that they can be enjoyed for another century.

The proposed design maintains the historic appearance and expands the current home by designing a new two-story rear addition with modern amenities, including a spacious kitchen (complete with custom cabinetry), an expansive primary suite, and a four-stop elevator. The whole home is being retrofitted for the 21st century by re-insulating the framework and features all-new electric appliances and mechanical systems throughout.

This stunning new construction home overlooks the Niagara River, close to the Falls. The exterior design was inspired by the homeowner’s Chicago residence, a former armory at a military base, with an exterior defined by a prominent series of arched openings.

We are so proud of ENGAGE artist Chris Cosnowski with TWO beautiful group shows this past month!❤️

Within these group exhibitions, “Hyperrealism” and “WEIGHTED BLANKET,” Coznowski displayed his self-reflecting trophies and oil paintings alongside numerous other artists who share his high level of artistic deception through rendering. Coznowski’s work creates a platform for discourse through his use of witty titles and his engagement with nostalgia, success, and even flaws. His pieces invite viewers to recognize and embrace our collective cultural behaviors.

Congratulations @chriscosnowski !🥂

Make sure to catch a look of these two shows👀:
